Anna Gunn
Anna Gunn, an American actress. The most well-known of her roles is Skyler White in The AMC series Breaking Bad, for which she was awarded the Primetime Emmy Award in 2013 and 2014 for Outstanding Supporting Actress on a Drama Series. She has also played Jean Ward in The Practice as well as Martha Bullock in Deadwood. Anna Gunn was born in Sante Fe New Mexico, in 1968. She fell in love acting at Preparatory school before moving to Ohio with her family in late 1970s. She attended theatre classes at Northwestern University and spent a year at the British American Drama Academy. Anna began her career as a Chicago-based theatre actor for a few years. After that, she went on to television and film. Anna had her biggest break in 1992 when she appeared as Arden in 29 episodes of Down the Shore. She continued to appear as guest stars on a few TV shows and films like Seinfeld as well as NYPD Blue until the late 90's when she was cast in a regular role in the role of Jean Ward in The Practice. Martha Bullock was her role in Deadwood in two full seasons. Skyler played her character on Breaking Bad. She also starred in the Deadwood movie and Sully. Gunn did not stop at the stage in David Schwimmer's production of Sex With Strangers. In 2022, Gunn starred in a four-part audio play podcast called"Numbered Days.. Breaking Bad is often built around Walter White's relationships with Skyler, his spouse. Skyler. Their relationship is strained and ultimate demise mirror the devastating end for Walter White.
